Online orders are shipped within 1-2 business days if the product(s) are in stock. Depending on your location, typical shipping times range from 1-5 business days with expedited service options available. For items requiring more shipping time, customers are notified immediately after the order is received.

Tracking information is sent in an email after the order has shipped. If you do not receive an email please first check your Junk/Trash folders and then email us at and we’ll get you the tracking information right away.

For most items, we’ve partnered with UPS for shipping, however, we also use a variety of freight shippers for heavier or oversized products in order to provide you with the best possible delivery options. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and shipping dimensions of your product(s) and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of UPS shipping. Piano Solutions has Free Shipping on Online purchases over $149.99. 

Due to our manufacturer agreements, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States. Because of the additional cost of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, free shipping offers do not apply. Please contact us at for more information on our ability to ship to an APO or FPO address.


Orders shipped to Indiana will be charged Indiana sales tax.

In certain situations (such as unusually large or heavy items, or items requiring assembly), we’ll work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method that includes in-home delivery service. Call us at 888-582-1946 or email for assistance.

Order Online, Pick Up in Store

Place your order online and pick it up at Piano Solutions for FREE. This applies only to merchandise that can be added to the Online Cart.

  • Simply place your order online.
  • Select In-Store Pickup as the shipping method. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are typically ready the next business day during normal business hours. No Sunday pick-up.
  • Pick up your order at our front desk. Requires valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment.

Fraud Protection Policy

All clients purchasing on our website are required to complete a security check prior to the shipment of any merchandise. Piano Solutions’ verification procedure requires that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason, it is imperative that you provide us with both your current phone number. This process rarely delays an order.

Piano Solutions reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
