Private In-Person Appointment
The safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority. We’re reopening in-store shopping in a responsible, appointment-based way, allowing us to limit the number of people in the store at any one time, maintain social distancing, and properly disinfect the instruments between clients.
Please note that our online store is fully operational and we are shipping orders daily as well as offering contactless curbside pick-up.
Please complete and submit the private in-store appointment form below including any additional information that may be helpful during your visit. Additionally, your questions can be answered with our website ONLINE CHAT feature in preparation for your visit.
- Proper PPE (masks and gloves) and social distancing will be required during your visit.
- Piano Solutions will monitor and limit the number of clients and store personnel within the store during any appointment time.
- Store fixtures and pianos will be properly disinfected after each visitor.
- PRINT MUSIC & ACCESSORIES WILL NOT BE OPEN for private appointments. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for the print music and accessory orders pick up process.
