Out-of-Box Pianos
Out-of-Box New Pianos are instruments that are brand new and in new condition and have remained in the store but have been taken out of their boxes. These instruments receive the full manufacturer warranty and are enrolled in Piano Solutions' exclusive Trade-Up Program.
Demo Pianos
Demo Pianos are instruments that are out of their box and have possibly been out of the store for a brief period of time for use at a competition or special event. These instruments receive the full manufacturer warranty and are enrolled in Piano Solutions' exclusive Trade-Up Program.
Shop-Certified Used Pianos
Shop-Certified Used Pianos includes a broad selection of used pianos, digital pianos, and keyboards, all of which are completely serviced and warranted before being placed on our showroom floor. These instruments have undergone a thorough inspection before being serviced. They come with a one year parts and labor warranty and are enrolled in Piano Solutions' exclusive Trade-Up Program.
As-Is Pianos
As-Is Pianos are instruments that are fully functioning and meet academic standards of playability, but due to lack of parts availability and/or ability to fix have been listed as "As-Is." These instruments come with a two-year trade back guarantee so that if something were to fail within two years, you may return it for full credit against your next purchase. The As-Is instruments allow you to find an affordable instrument that is similar or better to the free instrument in your neighborhood that does not guarantee credit toward your next instrument.
