Students returning to the classrooms of the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired will soon enjoy the new Piano Lab recently installed by Piano Solutions. The lab features Yamaha Clavinova Smart Pianist (CSP) series digital pianos. What made these models so enticing to the school was the technology integration of the Smart Pianist app which allows users to access features of the piano through the use of a smart device. By using the Accessibility feature within iPads, students will be able to use voice commands to call up features of the piano. Packed with technology, the CSPs enable players to do fun things like lead a virtual orchestra, join a jazz ensemble, add backup singers, and more.
