I’ve been a Piano Solutions customer for many years, and I think it’s time for me to share my great experiences with your other customers. When I first came to you as a guitarist looking to start playing keyboards, I didn’t realize how lucky I was to find your store. I’m an admitted music gear ‘junkie,’ so I really appreciated the depth of knowledge your sales staff has, and, more importantly, their ability to explain the nuances of the various manufacturing processes of the different acoustic pianos. The advice I received was so helpful in me deciding to get the Ritmuller studio upright, which I feel has great tone and is a good value as well. Later, when I came back to add a stage piano to take with me on gigs, your staff helped me with understanding the technology options for the electronic components, and how important the construction of the weighted key mechanisms are. That resulted in my purchase of the Roland RDX-300, which has been very road worthy and sounds great. And, most recently, when I purchased the Kawaii digital piano for my studio, I found all the things I learned from the previous two purchases came together, as that product is an amazing hybrid of acoustic and stage piano. It’s not only a beautiful instrument, the amazing tones it produces and the range of patches and MIDI capability are perfect for my recording applications. Again, thanks for all your help over the years, and don’t be surprised to see me come back again to ‘trade up’ as I continue to learn and enjoy playing.
