Shipping Policy

Free shipping on qualified shippable items (new electronics and accessories) that are able to be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Does not apply to special orders or over-sized items. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, or if you need faster delivery, you will still enjoy competitive shipping rates. 

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days if the product(s) are in stock. For items requiring more shipping time, customers will be notified via email immediately after the order is submitted.

We use a variety of shippers in order to provide you with the best possible options.

We only ship to addresses within the United States. Because of the additional cost of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, free shipping offers do not apply.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product(s) and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping.

Orders shipped to Indiana will be charged 7% sales tax.

In certain situations (such as unusually large or heavy items, or items requiring assemby), we'll work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method that includes in-home delivery service. Call us at 888-582-1946 for assistance.

Order Online, Pick Up in Store

Place your order online and pick it up at Piano Solutions for FREE. This applies only to merchandise that can be added to the Online Cart.

  1. Simply place your order online.
  2. Select Store Pickup as the shipping method and then select the date and time you would like to pick up your order. Orders are typically ready next business day during normal business hours. No Sunday pick-up. 
  3. Pick up your order at our front desk. Requires valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment.

Fraud Protection Policy

Some orders are subject to Piano Solutions' verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back) and/or photo ID, which can be transmitted by fax or through a secure upload page which we will provide should this be necessary. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers. This process rarely delays an order.

Piano Solutions reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
