TFT MIDI Record

This option lets you record your piano performances via PianoDisc's patented TFT (Touch Film Technology), an exclusive system that faithfully captures every element of your original performance.

TFT MIDI Record consists of a sensor strip which is installed, very unobtrusively, beneath the key bed of your piano. When the pianist strikes a key, this sensor strip captures every element of his touch including the force, speed and duration of each note played. With 127 levels of individual expression, each note of the recording is faithful to the original performance. With TFT Record you can archive piano performances, including your children's first recitals. Pianists find it useful as an educational tool and you can use it to compose and record music directly on the piano, and, by using available software and your computer, even print sheet music for your composition.

PianoSync; Original Artist PianoSync

Exciting new technology brings superstar performers and their hit CDs to your piano!

PianoSync technology allows customers to easily create special CDs that combine the audio recordings of major-name artists like Billy Joel, the Beatles and Frank Sinatra, with a live piano accompaniment. With PianoSync you’ll have the thrill of hearing your favorite performers sing their million seller hits while your piano joins them live! (NOTE: PianoSync requires a PianoDisc system capable of playing Live Orchestrated PianoCDs [or via download for Opus7] and a PC running Windows XP, or a Mac running OSX 10.4 or higher. Your computer must be equipped with a CD burner, and you must have iTunes installed.)

The piano accompaniment discs (called Creator) are available for purchase in the Music Store in the "Creator" category. Audio CDs must be purchased separately. For your convenience, a link to Amazon is provided for each audio CD.

Original Artist PianoSync is a new music format for Opus7 systems. Available in CD or as a digital download, Original Artist PianoSync provides a live piano accompaniment to the music of your favorite recording artists. You’ll enjoy a thrilling listening experience as your favorite singer or group’s top-selling CD is heard through your speakers while your piano joins them live. (Audio CDs must be purchased separately)

PianoMute

With the simple pull of a lever, this option effectively mutes a piano 100% so you can play anytime without disturbing others.

The PianoMute option allows you to play your piano without making a sound. By pulling a lever, a mute rail is activated which comes between the piano's hammers and its strings. When used in conjunction with the QuietTime GT option (see under Products), you can then hear your piano playing digitally, through headphones, or aloud over stereo speakers.

SilentDrive

This important, built-in feature of all PianoDisc systems allows precise control of the piano's keys and pedals for greater fidelity, expression and low-volume control.
